Day 307 Pretending to Fully Catch Every Single Word

Recently, I’ve realized how important it is to seem as though I completely understand what the customer is saying, even if I don’t catch every single word. Especially in New Zealand, there’s a risk that customers might see me as unreliable if I show any lack of confidence in my English. That’s why I’ve been more careful with my attitude when communicating with them.
