Day 299 Taking care with my back

I injured my back when I was in high school. Since then, I’ve had to be careful with that area, even when sitting on a chair. Recently, I started placing a cushion between the chair and my hips to keep my pelvis in a neutral position. This is because I noticed that the seat of my current chair is inclined, with the front higher than the back. This adjustment helps reduce the strain on my back.
