Day 245 How Should I Handle Complicated Situations?

I am sometimes bothered by situations where three or more customers approach me at the same time. For example, one customer might visit the shop earlier than expected, another might call me, and a third might drop by unexpectedly. These situations are obviously difficult to handle. When I faced such a situation this week, I asked the owner for help. However, I ended up miscommunicating with him due to the complexity of the situation. This kind of mistake might be inevitable for anyone, but I will think about how I can reduce the risk of miscommunication as much as possible.
