Day 244 My Journey Through Difficult Times

I’ve definitely made progress in my role. However, I’ve been feeling tired lately because I couldn’t fully understand one customer. I realized that one reason was my limited knowledge of car-related vocabulary, and another was that I wasn’t familiar with his accent and intonation. I don’t mean to say his explanation was bad—it just made me realize again how important it is to get used to various English sounds. In any case, I have no choice but to keep practicing through YouTube and podcasts.
