Day 105 Meals I have made so far.
I'll write down the meals I often cook with my flatmate in New Zealand. Of course, I cook other meals as well, but most of them are based on the ones listed below.
- Bolognese
1. Boil water and add salt to it in a pot.
2. Once the water is boiling, add the pasta and cook until al dente.
3. Chop or dice an onion.
4. Pour some oil into a frying pan and let it heat for a few minutes until hot.
5. Add the chopped onion to the frying pan and sauté until it turns golden brown.
6. Add minced meat to the frying pan and cook together with the onion until browned.
7. Season the minced meat and onion mixture with herbs.
8. Add ketchup to the frying pan and mix well.
9. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, stirring until evenly mixed.
- Beef Steak
1. Wash the lamb beef and pat it dry.
2. Sprinkle salt on the beef meat and let it sit for 1 hour.
3. Cook it in a frying pan until it turns dark brown.
- Pizza
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. Chop or dice an onion.
3. Cut a pineapple ring into quarters.
4. Spread ketchup on the pizza dough, leaving space near the edges.
5. Add bacon, chopped onion, pineapple, spinach, and cheese on top of the pizza dough.
6. Place the pizza in the oven.
7. Bake the pizza until the cheese melts and the crust turns golden brown.
- Roasted chicken with vegetables
1. Place four or five pieces of chicken with soy sauce in a plastic bag and leave it overnight.
2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
3. Put the bag with the chicken in the oven and cook for 40 minutes.
4. Cut three kumaras, two onions, and four potatoes into pieces.
5. Place all the vegetables in a plastic bag, add herbs and some olive oil, and shake to coat.
6. Take the chicken bag out of the oven.
7. Place the bag with the vegetables in the oven and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 1 hour.
- Kumara and potato chips
1. Cut some kumaras and potatoes into slices.
2. Place the vegetables in a bowl, add herbs and some olive oil, and mix them well.
3. Put them in the air fryer and cook at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
