Governments should take more responsibilies for environmental protection for two reasons.

Secondly, governments can attract more support, including from international communities and well-known companies, which helps secure the necessary human resources for large-scale environmental projects. This level of coordination and reach is something individuals cannot easily achieve on their own.
In conclusion, assigning more responsibilities to governments has clear advantages in terms of both financial resources and the ability to mobilize human resources.
