Day 203 Phrases in Customer Service (7)

I wrote down some sentences that I couldn't explain to a customer well.

  • 0W is compatible with temperatures as low as -35℃, 5W with -30℃, and 10W with -25℃.

  • The number before 'W' represents the oil's viscosity at low temperatures. The lower the number, the lower the temperature the oil can withstand.

  • The numbers after 'W' indicate the oil's viscosity at high temperatures, but they do not represent a temperature range. A higher number means better oil film retention at high temperatures, which enhances engine protection.
