Day 198 The Boundary Between Work and Rest

Since I started working here, I have been aware of the importance of distinguishing my working hours from my private time. Back in Japan, I would often study things related to my job even on weekends because I wanted to acquire various skills as quickly as possible. However, I couldn’t keep up with that pace for long, as my body couldn’t handle such a demanding routine. Pushing myself too hard took a toll on my health. Not taking enough rest places a heavy burden on both physical and mental well-being, which can also impact healthcare systems. That’s why I now focus on relaxing on my days off.
