Day 194 Improvement of My Listening Skill

I realized that I can understand customers' inquiries more clearly than before. Although one of the factors is that I have become more familiar with car-related vocabulary, that is not the only reason. I might have acquired the ability to grasp the customer’s intention, rather than focusing on each individual word they say. I feel that this is one of the essential skills in customer service, as our role is to resolve each query as quickly as possible, not to memorize every word the customer says. I will keep moving forward step by step.
