I have written down some phrases as I did yesterday. Although I have been able to explain the matter below so far, my sentences might have been a bit awkward and unclear.

  • Could you please make the payment first while we’re replacing your tires?
  • Please bring your car to the back entrance.
  • We will proceed with the shipping arrangements as soon as we confirm your payment.
  • Please hold on for a moment while I check with the person in charge of tire replacements.
  • There’s a risk of mistakes when confirming an address or email over the phone. I’d prefer to use text messages. Could you please share your phone number?
  • Most of the slots are already booked, and since our working hours are until 5 pm, we’re almost done for the day.
